Installation Guide

STEP 1: Take out the treadmill from the box.
STEP 2: Unfold the column, take out the fixing knob, fix the column hole position and the
frame hole position. Fix the phone bracket to the armrest with two screws.
STEP 3: Plug in the power supply, and use it. Use the remote, aim at the Remote
Control Receiving Window, and control to turn on and adjust the speed.
Rotate the foot from location 1 to 2, and the slope can be increased by 4 degrees.
